Happy Friday GlamFam! I'm so ready for Spring and the beautiful weather makes it feel like it's almost here! The sunshine helps with all of our moods, and we're taking advantage of vitamin D. With a new season comes new spring wardrobe staples, and I'm loving everything for Spring. Here are five pieces that I'm shopping for in Spring!
WHITE DRESS
Grab those pretty white sundresses because it's time to gear up for spring! Nothing screams a new spring season louder than a gorgeous and simple white dress. Why do I love them so much? A white dress is feminine, versatile, and clean (emphasis on the versatile part)! Wear them all dolled up with a clutch and heels or dressed down with sneakers and a ball cap. Either way... you can't go wrong when wearing this spring staple.
NEUTRAL SANDALS
Even though I'm a heel girl through and through, I've been wearing so many sneakers during COVID that I ventured out and got a neutral and black pair of Dad sandals! LOL! Neutral sandals go with everything... and I mean everything! Wear strappy sandals with a small block heel for date night and flat ones like I've done here with your joggers. Let's face it... casual fashion is everywhere these days, it's no surprise that the sandal is trending again.
By the way, this jogger set is from Walmart's new sustainable line, Free Assembly. It comes in 4 colors (navy, heather blue, grey, and pink) and each piece is $20. I've been wearing it A LOT and throw on a puffer vest when it's really chilly!

Whether it's large or small, you cannot go wrong with a straw/woven bag for Spring! This is an accessory that will take you so many places this spring and summer - to the beach, shopping around town, or girl's night out to name a few. Trust me when I say, the straw bag is an IT accessory you're going to want to wear on repeat this year. Perfect for adding an effortless punch of color to your look, the woven bag is quickly becoming a favorite fashion-forward accessory of mine.

I don't see myself forgoing the sweats in the Spring and a cute pair of lighter colored pink (see above photos under neutral sandals) and this gorgeous chocolate brown jogger set. Thanks to 2020, comfortable jogger sets are appropriate to wear just about anywhere now and I'm personally digging the trend! I mean...who wouldn't love it? Whether you go with a neutral set or one with a pop or color or fun pattern, the matching set duo won't be going away anytime soon!
This specific jogger set is from the SOMA weekend collection and made with ecoyarn. I love wearing it at home and throwing on shoes and a hat to wear out. It's a great lightweight knit that is cozy to wear during cooler mornings and transitions well to warmer afternoons The top has a hoodie and it's a great length to leave untucked or tucked.
MAXI DRESS

We're so excited about our Spring Break road trip this next week. I have to work at the hospital tomorrow, and then we're headed to Hot Springs, AR for some hiking and relaxation near the Ouachita National Forest. One of my coworkers went with her children and had a wonderful time. It's exciting to have a change of scenery. The weather is showing lots of rain, but I hope it's short so we can do our outdoor activities planned. WHAT ARE YOU DOING THIS WEEKEND?
