Yes, I AM alive!  Somehow, one day off turned into TWO WEEKS of a blog vacation.  #Oops.  Anyhow, I’m almost 100% recovered from all the “cute”  illnesses little M shared with me.  I guess both of our immune systems are getting a work out!  So back to blogging… lots of recaps and FALL ATTIRE coming up this month!

If you know me personally, then you know I’m ALWAYS BEHIND so I do have one last piece/outfit from the Summer/Spring to reveal from the FIVE PIECE FRENCH WARDROBE.  But September is HERE, and I LOVE LUURRVE the Fall/Winter Season.  I wish Texas weather would cooperate so I could start my uniform of layering pieces!

Besides that, I wanted to start a discussion.  I admitted defeat for the first part of the FIVE PIECE FRENCH WARDROBE.  I turned blogger-zilla and nervous fashion wreck before the rewardStyle Conference and went haywire.  You can read about it here.  Technically, I PURCHASED more than five pieces.

As a blogger, companies may contact us to do a blog post to promote an item.  Many times, these items are “gifted” in exchange for the post.  So here is my question.  If you are following the FIVE PIECE FRENCH WARDROBE as a blogger, do these items count?  The question popped into my head when I received some packages from my fave companies.  BTW, I only accept or blog about items/companies that I truly like.  If the answer is YES, then I’m already done for the Fall/Winter season!  I have some gorgeous pieces from French Connection {like the above scubalicious top, a beautiful bordeaux leather mini skirt, and a tunic top + pencil skirt set} and CAbi {a fur vest and leopard jacket}.  So I may have FAILED AGAIN because that adds up to SIX pieces.  Please share your thoughts whether you’re a blogger or not!
