I have missed Fitness Friday for 2 weeks and as you can imagine they probably weren’t the best of weeks. The last week of school I got a terrible cold so I wasn’t working out then and then the week of Christmas was well the week of Christmas.
But it’s a new year. I started Fitness Friday one year ago with high hopes. And I was doing really good there, but now not so much. I am still overweight which I need to work on. My goal for the new year is to get out of the over weight category. I will start my daily workouts again on Monday. I need to make more of an effort to eat better as well.
