Fitness Friday: Week 26

It’s Friday! I almost forgot. So it has been a crazy week. Kids have been home from school for half of it so I’m thrown way of schedule here. So this week I didn’t do any targeting of areas, but I have been doing a lot of walking with the kids. We walked down to the park and then the library which is a good two miles round trip. I even had to carry my 40 pounds 5 year old part of the way back. So that was quite the workout. Then just my usual work around the house along with running from even to event.

We had a special treat of ice cream for dinner this week, but I made sure to eat a healthy lunch that day. So all in all considering the craziness of the week I would say it wasn’t too bad.

I even fit into another old pair of shorts that I didn’t fit in last summer so I guess I’m still heading in the right direction.
