TGIF. I am so happy it’s Friday. This has been such a rough week with this Live Below the Line campaign I joined. Although, with my daughter doing it with me I think it was a little easier this year. Plus knowing what to expect. I don’t feel I was as hungry. I was definitely better prepared.
So because I wasn’t eating what I normally would I opted to not add any more strenuous workout routine to my week. I just did my usual cleaning around the house. I did walk to the grocery store yesterday for a few things because it was such a beautiful day out there.
I also hurt my back this week. I’m really not sure what I did, but there has been some severe lower back pain with spasms when I sleep at night too so I’m hoping that goes away so I can sleep and stop being in pain.
