Fitness Friday: Week 14

Sorry about missing last week. I really wanted to focus my energy on promoting my Campaign to Share Angel Babies. I’m still taking submissions for that by the way so if you have anything please send it my way.

But we’re at Friday again and while I have something else I want to share today in a separate post I didn’t want to miss another week so you get two posts from me today. Kind of making up for my lack of posting on Thursday though.

So lets get on with this. I have to update you on 2 weeks of fitness here. It won’t take long. The last two weeks really can be summed up with one word… FAILURE. I haven’t been working too hard at watching what I eat. We have Easter candy now which I have been giving into far too often. I have been busy so I have been opting for less healthy quick and easy options to eat on the run.

And as far as fitness goes I have been cleaning the house if that counts. I do try to run up the stairs instead of take it easy when I go down to do laundry. But that is the extent of my exercise. I have never been one to be active. I need to change that though I know and I need to get the kids involved.

Now that the weather is starting to warm up I hope I can get outside with the kids more and be active with them. It’s all a matter of finding the time to do it because with the warmer weather always brings a busy schedule. So hopefully we can find the balance. And the Easter candy is almost gone so now I will make a more conscious effort to avoid those kinds of sweets.
