Fitness Friday: Week 11

I have been dreading this post this week. I mean at least I knew I was going to post something, what with my bloggy funk right now and all, but my funk is not limited to just my blogging unfortunately. Just so much garbage going on in my life right now which makes it hard for me to say no to chocolate. I haven’t indulged too much, but it’s enough to make me upset with myself. What a never ending cycle. I eat what I shouldn’t because I’m upset about something and then I beat myself up for doing it. And this is the cycle that got me to my overweight status.

So while I have been somewhat of a couch potato this week, stuffing my face in an attempt to drown my sorrows I have given myself a kick in the pants to pull me out of this funk. As I said a lot of stuff in my life is falling by the wayside aside from my blogging. That even included some housework. So I forced myself to get some housework done which meant I was moving. So that’s a good thing. Now I just need to keep this momentum going. Fix the space around me and clear the clutter from my mind. Hard to do, but it’s not helping me any to dwell on all of this. So I need to do something for me.
