Well, ever since I tried my first fish pie in Cowes, Isle of Wright, during the Little Britain Cup sailing trip with one of my former employers, it has been one of my favorite dishes to cook and to eat. Red peppers are one of my favorite ingredients and, since for ever (almost), stuffed peppers have been an old time classic I’ve loved from the San Sebastian pintxos repertoir. This time, i decided to use the seafood pie mix to stuff the pepper with and I thoroughly recommend it for it was delicious!
