Ingredients :
Seer Fish - 3 Pieces
Chilli Powder - 1tsp
Salt - To taste
Lemon - 1/2
Oil - 4-6Tbsp
Method :
1. Clean and wash fish with a pinch of turmeric and salt. (Adding turmeric and salt while washing fish reduces the fishy smell)
2. Mix Chilli powder, salt and lemon juice together and apply over the fish and marinate it for 15-30 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add marinated fish and shallow fry until it turns golden brown.
4. Turn the fish and cook the other side also to golden brown color.
Now the fish is ready to be served.
Notes :
- I prefer Non-stick pan for shallow frying as it consumes less oil.
- It taste best when served hot with Fish Curry.
- You can also deep fry the fish.
- Any variety of fish can be used for this fry.
