MGM have unveiled the first official trailer for their upcoming reboot of the Robocop franchise.
Gone is the realistic and gritty atmosphere and instead we see lots of shiny robots. Also, the main lead doesn’t look like a great choice.
I’m trying to be optimistic, although it’s getting harder and harder to be optimistic about today’s Hollywood.

RoboCop is starring Joel Kinnaman, Abbie Cornish, Gary Oldman, Michael Keaton, Samuel L. Jackson, Jackie Earle Haley and Jay Baruchel.
The film is currently slated for a February 7th 2014 release.
