Actor Sharwanand is going to score his first solo hit in the career with Run Raja Run. The film has picked up dramatically over the weekend and registered houseful collections all over. There were some butterflies in stomach moments initially when the film opened but the good word of mouth for the film sealed the deal in the actor’s favor.
From what one hears in the trade by the end of the weekend itself the film could surpass the collections of all Sharwanand solo ventures. If the same euphoria continues over the rest of the week it will be a profitable venture for all involved if one counts additional revenues along with theatrical share. For the film to be a profitable venture from theatrical share alone it needs to be stable till the Independence Day arrives. The problem is there are lots of releases in between which could eat into its share.
