On October 11, fashionistas and arts lovers alike flocked to one of the most captivating fetes this fall, FIRST SIGHT FASHION SHOW AND LUNCHEON with NorthPark Center as Presenting Sponsor. The annual fête officially kicked off The Dallas Opera’s 62nd Season led by Event Chair, Joyce Goss.Following a reception in the eastern area of the C. Vincent Prothro lobby, guests moved into the McDermott Performance Hall for a “dramatic fashion show” produced by Rhonda Sargent Chambers featuring CH Carolina Herrera fashions and BVLGARI jewelry “utilizing the set of The Dallas Opera’s upcoming production of Georges Bizet’s ‘Carmen’ (a production originally designed by Michael Vale for Glyndebourne Festival in the UK and director by Sir David McVicar).
Guests then attend a seated luncheon by Wolfgang Puck Catering in the western section of the Prothro Lobby overlooking Sammons Park. Photos sc/o Thomas Garza.
