Dubai is home to all luxury things, and now the city is expected to get a giant moon resort immediately. According to Arabian Business, a Canadian architecture company, Moon World Resorts (MWR), has proposed to build a resort to offer affordable space tourism guests in the field.
A very luxurious hotel, which will be a replica of the moon surface, is designed to be built within 48 months and will have a total height of 735 feet. Architecture companies believe that “Moon Dubai” will add to the Emirates economy in sectors such as hospitality, entertainment, attractions, education, technology, environment and space tourism.
“Moon Dubai will be the largest and most successful modern tourism project in all regions of Mena, doubling annual tourism visits to Dubai based on its global attraction, brand awareness and many unique integrated offers,” founder of Moon World Resort Sandra G Matthews and Michael R Henderson, said, adding it can be “able to comfortably accommodate 10 million annual visitors.”
Guests who visit this luxury resort can take advantage of the spa and fitness section, nightclub, event center, global meeting place, lounge and “Moon shuttle” in-house. The hotel will accommodate the training platform for various space agents and each astronaut.
According to the outlet, the Canadian architecture company also plans to combine the “Villa Sky”, which will be known as a private residence in Moon. “Around 300 units will be available to be purchased, with the owner of Sky Villa to become an exclusive private member club in Moon,” Henderson said.
According to National, Moon Resort will cost $ 5 billion to be built, with an annual revenue projection of $ 1.8 billion. Until now, the company is obtaining a license and planning of road performances to promote the month to potential clients. After this, the company will enter the pre-development program one year, followed by a four-year development program.
In addition, MWR is also expected to license four moon destination resorts worldwide – one in North America, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa and Asia.
