Finishing Black and White Painting

By Abstractartbylt @artbylt

After my last painting session, I let the canvas dry completely before starting this one.  I didn't want the black and white paint to mix into gray.

The first step I took was to mess up the neat design I had, filling a brush with thin white paint and swiping freely at the canvas.  I let the paint puddle and drip as well.  Then I drew with black lines in a loose, expressionist manner.

After this session dried completely, I filled in some of the white with black until I felt satisfied.
