I felt that my latest abstract painting (see previous post) still needed some fine tuning to provide a focus and a path for the eye to follow. I did this mostly by increasing the intensity and amount of lines drawn in Parchment, as well as adding more dark lines in ultramarine blue and prussian blue. The design of this painting is still "overall" in the sense that the pattern meanders throughout the space. It does not radiate outward from a central focus.
Is this canvas finally finished?
