Fifty/Fifty Burger Buns

I have my standard recipe for making buns. It’s an easy one that I know by memory so after a day of working I can bake my own bread without to much fuzzle.

So, these ones were a welcome change to the menu. And I know I didn’t do the sesame thing because I became lazy at the end:
