These charts are from the Pew Research Center. They show the results of their 2019 survey of many nations. Note that most countries in the world have very little confidence that Trump would do the right thing regarding world affairs (top chart).
The second chart shows that while these countries don't like Trump, most still have a pretty good opinion of the United States. I think they are just holding their breath and hoping the voters return some sanity back to the U.S. next November.
