Festival of Britain 60th Anniversary #2

To celebrate the 60th anniversary of The Festival of Britain – for which the Royal Festival Hall was commissioned and built – the South Bank Centre has used the original logo of The Festival on their brochure of events for May 2011.

The Festival logo can also be seen on this four penny stamp from 1951.
