Feel the Rain on Your Skin

These past couple of days in Italy have been quite cold and rainy. Officially spring has arrived, but it looks and feels more like it’s autumn. I guess those of us living in a continental climate are slowly getting used to the fact that there will be no more mid seasons as global worming has almost completely abolished those transitional periods. All we are left with are cold winters and hot summers.

So until real summer knocks on our doors, we should just accept and enjoy the rainy days and not let them alter our good mood. I hear people complaining all the time about the weather. But as Louise Hay says in one of her audiobooks “It’s not the weather that sucks, it’s you attitude”. Anyway, it’s just water falling from the clouds. And it’s good for trees and plants. All you need is a stylish pair or rubber boots and you are good to go.

So let’s have another SuperMusic session, this time with a classic Natasha Bedingfield song called “Unwritten”. My favorite verse from the song says “ Feel the rain on your skin. No one else can feel it for you. Only you can let it in. No one else, no one else can speak the words on your lips.” Enjoy!
