Most important thing for an individual is to love himself and of course to love what he does. Always believe in ” Love what you do, Do what you love”. Yes! you can take this as a mantra for life. This is exactly where the problems begin. People often tend to aim higher than what actually can be achieved, or rather they always aim to earn more than what’s economical for the efforts put in.

Here are some sneak peeks to the stress busters:

1. BREATHE IN-BREATH OUT

Yes! Deep breathing is outstanding amongst other approaches to bring down worry in the body. This is on the grounds that when you inhale deeply, it makes an impression on your mind to quiet down and unwind. The cerebrum at that point sends this message to your body. Those things that happen when you are stressed, for example, expanded pulse, quick breathing, and hypertension, all decline as you inhale deep breathes.

2. EAT DARK CHOCOLATE

Proceed, snatch a chocolate bar. The new proof is in that eating dark chocolate consistently can diminish pressure. Dark chocolate is known to regulate the levels of stress hormones for example, cortisol hormone causing stress.

3. ENGAGING YOUR MIND SOMEWHERE ELSE

This bullet point would seem to be a little confusing, but all I meant to convey was to shift your attention from thinking about stress to some other place, for example, start counting backward. You need to make your mind focus on smaller activities when you know it’s having an increasing pace.

4. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO START YOUR DAY WITH YOURSELF

I’m sure many of us believe that if the beginning of our day is marked to be good, the whole day turns out to be good. That is absolutely true! Take time to get off the bed, don’t forget to look at yourself in the mirror and smile and get yourself a cup of green tea. Green tea contains L-Theanine, which helps to prevent anger

5. PERFORM STRETCHING EXERCISES

These exercises help reduce the tensions caused in the muscles, and always make you feel alive even if you exercise for not less than 5 minutes. These exercises can be performed when you get up to grab a cup of coffee for yourself, or even while you’re busy sitting at your desk loaded with work!

6.ORGANISING THINGS

Messed up things lead to messed up mind. Your brain knows it’s next task when everything around it seems organised. It is therefore, very necessary to organize your surroundings. Messed up things do nothing but add to your stress levels.

7. PAT YOUR EYES WITH COLD WATER

Arteries in your eyes help you relax faster, even the arteries underneath your skin at the wrists. Therefore, by placing cold water on your skin can help calm your whole body. So take time to lean by the sink and relax your body.

8. SMELLING YOUR FAVOURITE PERFUME

Perfumes often attract the positive side of your brain, therefore it is very easy to reduce stress levels by smelling your favorite scent. One way you can help to alleviate stress is through something pretty unconventional: aromatherapy. Since scented oils are exceptionally thought, you will breathe in these aromas at a considerably more strong rate than you may from something milder like a deodoriser or even fragrance. The idea behind fragrant healing is that as the individual takes in these powerful oils, the olfactory receptors flag positive feelings to the cerebrum. Breathing the scents in profoundly through the nose can enable individuals to feel more quiet and more settled. The fragrances travel through the nose and to nerves in the cerebrum’s limbic framework.

9. CANDLES AND LIGHT

More lights will help you to stay more activated, when you’re working in an environment which is dull it tends to stress your brain. Therefore, lighting a candle or increasing the lights in your environment helps you to stay calm.
