If you're craving for dessert crepes, go for the best place - Cafe Breton. The French café offers artisan crepes which are available in numerous lovely flavors.
It's been a while since I visited Cafe Breton but I still remember the first crepe I tasted. Honestly, I was more familiar with the crispy one. But after I tasted the Butter & Sugar with Lemon Crepe, there was no going back. I found smooth, slim but rich crepes fulfilling. So when I got the chance to visit Trinoma, I decided to take my abuelita and uncle for a simple dinner.
The place is clean and well-ventilated. Though their lights are warm, the cafe still gives you that homey feel which is great. Plus, that kind of ambiance makes people enjoy their meal. Speaking of which, we tried their sandwiches and of course, I didn't pass up the chance to try a new cepe flavor this time.
Tuna Salad Sandwich

Grand Marnier Liqueur (Php 175)

The sandwiches are really good especially the crepe with Grand Marnier Liqueur! Grand Marnier is a French brand of liqueurs. I actually don't drink but just love dishes like this. I enjoy the flames (wasn't able to capture though) when the liqueur was poured over the soft crepe. When I bit into it, the flavors of the crepe, confectioners' sugar, and the liqueur blended well.
If you're not into crepes, it's really a shame because Cafe Breton does serve delightful dessert crepes. But there are also many other dishes available at this French cafe such as their savory galettes (flat cake), salads, burgers, all-day breakfast, and pasta.
Since I'm already their customer, I will just leave a recommendation. Visit the cafe early to enjoy a hearty brunch or an afternoon coffee with family and/or friends. If you want to give their crepes a try. There are several choices plus you can also make your own! Simply inform the waiter you want to avail the "Make It Yourself" crepe and let them know how you want it to be. 🙂
