This past week I had the honor of interviewing Jasmina Bagaric. She is a mom, wife (to a professional basketball player), businesswoman, blogger, fashionista, and style icon. I couldn't possibly understand how she does it all and still manages to look so fabulous, which is why I knew I had to get my one on one interview with her. Jasmina used to live in Chicago with her husband that played for the Chicago Bulls, Dalibor Bagaric. I absolutely love reading Yasmineblog.com. It is one of the first sites I check when I get to work every morning. What made you decide to start a blog?
Since I was a child , I had a diary to write my private thoughts. I used it to draw pictures, stick figurines... At the same time when we opened our Clan store (2 years ago) I thought it was time to start my own blog , my view of fashion , and fab things....all those beautiful lil' things that make me feel good ..... make me feel ME!! And I really feel good when I get emails from all over the world saying that my blog is part of their daily routine.
I know you have a store, you're a buyer, and a blogger...tell me a little about your daily routine, how do you do it all? First of all, I am a mom of two beautiful girls, wife of professional basketball player (my biggest love), and then businesswoman / blogger. My daily routine starts early with the kids going to school, then I get to the office where I check emails, exchange words with my great friend and partner Kora , look for new brands for our store, etc. Then during the afternoon I'm just a regular mom ....with two girls running around. In the mean time, I became a consultant for the solar energy ( strange mix of fashion and solar energy ) but I like being busy .....and somehow I manage to deal with all this. I'm one of those people who likes to stay relatively busy, otherwise boredom sets in. Last summer I asked my sister-in-law Josy to join my blog ... we wanted to merge our experience and style ....and we did it !!!
You are so passionate about fashion, and look fabulous in everything you wear. Who/what are some of your biggest fashion inspirations?
Thank you for the compliments. I'm not a shopping freak but just adore fashion , I love mixing styles and prints....and I always say... "This is for the lifetime!"... So my husband thinks that all my shoes and bags are for good .....at least that sounds good on why I'm a big spender ......
What are three beauty products you absolutely cannot go without?
No matter what age you are , these 3 must - have beauty products should be on everyone's list .......Skin renewal booster from Dermalogica, Blue plasma from Perricone MD and Foundation no Foundation from Perricone MD ..... Amazing products!
In your opinion, what are the 4 essentials to complete any wardrobe?
I would always say first of all JEANS ....then Jeans again .... I just love jeans and can't have too many ..... Cashmere cardigan, Black tuxedo jacket/Blazer ( I adore mine from MM Margiela for H&M ) , and a perfect pair of stilettos. Stilettos make a powerful statement thanks to their shape and I fell in love with Manolo Blahnik blue satin stilettos the moment I saw them.

Yasmineblog went ahead and will be part of the great croatian site She.hr. On top of that we are launching a new brand C.L.A.N. almost at the same time of launching a new online store Claninthebox.com.....so it looks like this will be one very busy year ....Being busy has become the new status symbol... And I do really enjoy every part of my life !! I created my own fairytale !!!
