Featured Prospect: Gabe YorkOrange Lutheran High School in the beautiful city of Orange, California, has a bright, bright star... That stars name? Gabe York. This 6'2" superbly athletic, sharpshooting quick combo guard has a torch. When I say "torch," I mean he's got a cannon. When I say "cannon," I mean shot. And when I say "shot," boy-oh-boy do I mean shot. This can shoots the lights out of the ball. He reminds me of a more explosive at the rim Stephen Curry. Pretty high praise, right?
Gabe's got game. Plain and simple. He's a very intelligent basketball player with a ton of talent. His athleticism allows him to soar for highlight worthy blocks, and to just crawl into you defensively on the perimeter.
Now, i'm not quite sold on whether or not he's a college PG or 2-guard. But then again, there really are a lot of hybrid     or combo     guards. (Combo is usually used with guard terminology, as hybrid is more commonly paired with forward talks.)
I really like his game.
It will definetly transfer to the next level.
And after that... Probably the NBA. His ability to take over the game offensively and be a big factor on defensive end packaged with his long arms and amazing vertical, Gabe will most likely flourish in the NBA because of the more open style of play. A lot like Austin Rivers.
Here's some footage on Gabe:

On July 10, 2011, Gabe committed to Arizona to play for the fiery Sean Miller.
