Synopsis: Fear of Rain is a twisty, unsettling and terrifying horror thriller starring Katherine Heigl (Knocked Up, Firefly Lane), Madison Iseman (Jumanji franchise, Annabelle Comes Home) and Harry Connick Jr. (PS. I Love You), that will keep you guessing whether there is real horror hiding next door.
17-year old Rain Burroughs is a mostly-typical teenage girl…with an anything-but-typical disease: early onset schizophrenia. After Rain returns home from being hospitalized, she meets strangely beautiful and hauntingly awkward Caleb. He seems too good to be true – and he very well may be. While struggling to make sense of this first brush with young love, she must suppress the self-destructive and manipulative forces consuming her mind. More frightening than the man who haunts her dreams is the real-life neighbor who, Rain is convinced, has kidnapped a little girl and are holding her captive in their attic.
