It hasn’t been very often this winter that I’ve gotten to take an actual coat out for a spin, much less a fur (faux) one. A few weeks ago though, we actually had a handful of cold days and I was able to wear my faux fur jacket – for the only time this winter! For a day of exploring the super cute Mid-City neighborhoods here in New Orleans, I opted for these comfy boots (which I’ve probably worn at least 50 times since scoring them on sale a few weeks ago), and a sweater layered underneath my jacket to keep warm. I absolutely love the look of a fur piece that’s paired with more casual options – it totally takes the casual outfit to the next level. And best of all for all of my fur lovers – it’s that wonderful time of the season where all of the winter styles are marked down. I’m obsessed with this navy faux fur coat, and this faux fur vest (in the same print as my jacket!) is marked down for less than $60! Winter clearance ftw.
