One of my favorite places to shop in Southern California is the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica. The reason? There is a Zara Store there, and of course… it’s Santa Monica, come on now! Well you are in luck San Diego…. back in February Zara announced they were opening a store in Fashion Valley Mall this upcoming Fall 2012! If you haven’t heard of Zara visit their site here!
Zara is a European based company, originating in Spain. They offer a form of the ever so popular “Fast Fashion”: high end fashion, at reasonable prices. Picture a high end Forever 21, H&M combination, only the quality is much better, and with that a slight increase in price. They will be located on the west end of the mall on the lower level near JcPenny. The exact opening date has not been released, however the construction workers are hard at work in the new space!
I am so very excited about this new store opening! I have been so impatient that I recently made an online purchase through Zara.com. I have been eyeing “The Embroidered Faux Leather Peplum Top” for a while now, and it is always sold out! Well the other day I was in luck and I snatched that baby up! I will post outfit pictures as soon as I get it!
