Lets be honest, some fashion films can be rather trite. That is why I was so pleased to discover Parisian Designer, Vanessa Bruno's, Seasonal Fashion Videos. From the eclecticism of the clips right through to the beautiful cinematography and soundtracks, Vanessa Bruno gets it spot on.
Refreshing and edgy without being too try hard, she manages to utilise art forms such as music and dance as well as playing around with rhythm, colour, light and texture to achieve her concept. By invoking natural elements Bruno manages to encompass the seasons, taking you on an emotional journey through her collection.
My first taste of Vanessa Bruno was her Spring/Summer 2010 Fashion Film entitled;
