"I have always been in love with fashion but I was born on a Native American reservation where it was not available. Growing up I looked through my mom's fashion magazines for inspiration, then I created outfits with what I had in my closet. When I left the "Rez" and moved to the "City" I went crazy for fashion! If I had to categorize my style, I would call it classically chic with a touch of glam/drama. In an effort to inspire my fellow full-figured women, I decided to share my style through this blog. My goal is to prove that no matter your dress size...you can "ROCK" fashion and look great! I believe the key to great style is finding inspiration, being creative and displaying confidence. Who are you favorite designers? Oh my word I have tons! lol I love any and everything that Marc Jacobs designs. Carolina Herrera. Ralph Lauren. Dolce & Gabbana (my fave for this Fall). Chanel. Stella McCartney. Oscar de la Renta.
Who inspires your wardrobe and why? I love to look at the archives of my faves mentioned above for inspiration and then come up with my interpretation.
What trend from the past would you like to make a comeback? I love hats and I see they are making a huge comeback so I'm super excited.
What clothing item would you say is timeless? A black pencil or a-line skirt, a crisp white collared shirt or a simple black dress.
