Falkland War 30th Anniversary Prompts Unprecedented British MoralityThe Argentine government has requested discussions on the future of the Falkland Islands but the BBC reports that “the UK government has said it is ‘not prepared to discuss the sovereignty of the Falkland Islands against the wishes of the Falkland people.’”

How convenient the British didn’t stumble on this patch of moral high ground while they were overrunning India. Or, more recently, Iraq and Afghanistan.
