I would recommend them as gifts for the ladies in your life. For male readers, fret not. Toy Galeria also hold an amazing selection of table top games that I will review on a later date (needa gather the folks for some quality time together). Today, I will be touching on some of the products that you would love to have littered around your house.
1. Lucky Niko Cat Ambient Light (S$29.90)
A little secret that is not known to you readers is that I actually have quite a mad fascination for the Fortune Kitty. When I first saw the Lucky Niko Cat Ambient Light, I just couldn't get it out of my mind. It might seem a bit pricey. But what you see is truly what you get. With 3 AAA Batteries, it light up quite a nice area and serve as a pretty good nightlight. Currently, it is sitting in a dry spot at my bathroom with the company of 2 baby ducks.
I have no complaints to its quality and its kawaii-ness. Design-wise, I don't like the tiny switch at the bottom of the Niko Cat. I think if it was at its back, it would be easier to on in the dark. The battery flap also came with a screw. Fortunately, you don't really have to use the screw to secure it. It is quite tight on its own. The screw is probably a kiasu measure, haha.
2. Unicorn Planter (S$36.90)
And then, we have the unicorn series that made me gush. Quite honestly, I am drawn to it cos of his cutesy appearance more than his functionality. My unicorn planter is sadly still plantless because...believe it or not...I am actually quite persistent on finding the suitable plant for it. It is so cute that I have this irrational need to find a plant that match the vibe and height. Sounds pretty much like a first world problem huh.
As of now, I have no complaints for the planter cos I haven use it yet (it is so hard to hunt for the perfect plant!) But, I am pretty sure this little guy is going to be quite the envy of other planters when it joins the rest in my edible garden in our new house. So look out for him when we feature our house reno photos!
3. Unicorn Diffuser Ultrasonic 200ml (S$79.90)
This is the most pricey among the loot and it also happens to be my favorite (Hmm...but in no way, it is because of my expensive taste...hehe). I know it looks quite frivolous and can only hold a small amount of liquid but it is actually quite a powerful diffuser. To open this fat unicorn, you just have to twist and turn.
There is a light and mist function, so you don't have to use the 2 functions together. For each function, there is also a few settings. For the light, you can have it rotate through every single color or just freeze it a color. For the mist, you have the option of 1 hr, 2hr or interval. I use the interval option since each use of mine last more than 2 hours.
