Five years after the tragic accident that took her dog Daisy, Jos
é and her cat Nova are finally ready to welcome a new dog into their lives. This dog may be very different from Daisy but the one thing they do have in common is the love they have for their family.

José adopted Nyla in March 2013. She was a sweet little puppy. Nyla is a mix- German shepherd, golden retriever, Chow Chow and black Labrador retriever. She is very tall and lanky which makes her extra cute in that clumsy puppy kind of way. When she was little she was a fuzzy ball of fur and as she grew her coat became short and sleek. Her adorable ears fold over in a funny way that matches her personality perfectly.READ MORE!
Nyla always has a dog smile on her face and a spring in her step. She is a happy dog with a huge personality. She has enjoyed new experiences and last summer she went in the river for the first time. She loves playing with other dogs and meeting new people.
Like most puppies Nyla has a lot of energy and can be quite a handful- keeping José and Nova on their toes. But with a balance of strict discipline, affection and consistent training that all puppies need Nyla is sure will grow up to be the best dog she can be.
Nyla provides love, laughter and joy to her family. She supports them by always being there- to be a listening dog ear, a furry shoulder to cry on and a whole lot of love. Those are just a few of the many reasons why Nyla is an extraordinary pet.
