It’s always delightful to be pleasantly surprised, isn’t it? And today I received a very pleasant surprise from jabong.com.
Just a few days ago I posted about this online megamart. My review mentioned the qualities that really impressed me at this website. Let us again take a quick look at them.

And within a few seconds after that, one of their Customer Care Expert called to confirm the order and the address. The customer care didn’t just stop there. I was sent timely SMS and email to inform me that my order has been dispatched. The messages contained all the details about the courier service and tracking code to help me track my parcel. But I did not need to do that. I placed my order at jabong at around 1 p.m. yesterday. And it was delivered at my doorstep before 11 a.m. today. Yes, my purchase reached me in less than 12 hours! And that was the pleasant surprise I talked about in the beginning of the post. I have shopped at several other websites. And 3 or 4 days is the usual time it takes for them to deliver. But Jabong really impressed me by being so super fast.
CHECK BEFORE YOU ACCEPT DELIVERY
The parcel I received was safely wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a waterproof bag. Best of all, a sticker on the bag gave leave of actually opening the parcel and checking the product before accepting the delivery! And that’s something that I have always wanted to do, but was never allowed, in my previous purchases from other websites.
In short, Jabong does not just offer a wide variety, comfort and convenience of shopping, its service has also proved quite fast and efficient. The overall experience of shopping from jabong.com proved to be excellent, and actually flattering. No wonder I am already looking forward to my next purchase there.
