Here are three more shades from Virginia Olsen’s Pure Organic lipstick range! I posted a few weeks ago the first one I got to try which is Pinky Posh, read more about it here. For this post I’ll show you Crimson Geek, Classy Coral, and Divaluscious.

I really love the cylinder shape of the tube! I find it unique from the common round ones we usually see. And the black casing adds to the overall elegant feel.
Aside from the label printed at the bottom, it also has a “window” at the top showcasing the shade for convenience purposes.
Okay, I’ll stop talking about the packaging. Now on to the swatches!

Let us start first with Crimson Geek…
I. LOVE. IT. You probably know by now that I’m not the biggest fan of pink… but this is an exception. This shade of pink matches my skin tone better than baby pink ones. Plus points also for its staying power! I can eat greasy food and drink and still this won’t budge off!

Next is Classy Coral…
This one is kinda frost which I can’t really quite figure out how to work with, without looking like I’ve just eaten a cake or something. The color payoff is nice, as the rest of VO lipsticks are, but unfortunately the frost finish just doesn’t suit me.
Or it does? I dunno, haha! Anyway this is just my first impression. I’ll give this another shot in the coming days. After all, coral is my next fave shade for lippies next to nude ones.
And lastly, Divaluscious!
Divaluscious is this rich red creme lipstick that is so easy to glide on the lips. Most of my red lipsticks are matte and can be very drying, but this one is so soft and moisturizing on the lips. Off the tube it looks like orange, my apologies cos my camera didn’t register the color very well. But applied on the lips it looks like this…
Intense red that’s not for the faint-hearted! I think this red is universally flattering, whether you’re fair or dark.
The color payoff and coverage of these lipsticks are great!
