Out and about on one of my wanders the other day, traveling on foot between Euston Road and Pentonville Prison researching a Monopoly-themed blog post, I checked my Google Maps to find directions.
I couldn't help but notice that, when searching Pentonville Prison, Google provides us with not only a map but the option to read (or write) a review of the place…
3.1 stars out of 5. Not bad.
I was intrigued enough to compare the 3.1 stars with other London prisons. The most famous of them all, Wormwood Scrubs, didn't fare so well…
… with a mere 2.7 stars, while Brixton came a creditable second with 3.0.
My favorite detail on the Brixton Google listing is that it was closed…
… which should come as a relief to the law abiding citizens of SW2 and surrounding environs.
