Byres Road and Lanes Business Improvement District (BID) - the team behind Visit West End, have organised a day of activities this Saturday for the Visit West End Spring Celebration on Byres Road. There will be stilt walkers, outdoor play, face painting and two for one brunch are just a few of the surprise activities in store if you head west this Saturday.
Running from 12 until 4 pm, this is a family fun packed day, with something for everyone. The Visit West End little book of BIG promotions will be launched to celebrate the start of a month-long campaign for Byres Road, to encourage the public to shop locally. You will find a feast of offers available from Saturday through April in over 60 participating bars, restaurants, shops.
Casual dining eatery The Parlour (previously Vinyard21 /Booly Mardy's) will be joining the spring party and offer 241 for foodies on their newly launched delicious brunches all weekend. There's also a 20% off available at the stylish restaurant The Hill who specialise in mouth-watering cocktails and Scottish fare. While West End institution, Nancy Smilie will be offering an impressive 20% off their hotly anticipated clothing range by local and international designers. Or why not stroll through Ruthven Mews Arcade to pick up a bargain on antiques, interiors and the latest arts and crafts?
