It was a dreich Friday night but we braved the weather, and George Ezra fans (!), to visit The Gin to my tonic event at SEC, and I'm glad we did!
We even found plenty of gin, and other spirits, we hadn't tried and didn't even know about! (Which is hard to believe with the amount of gin we buy!!!)
The Gin To My Tonic Show is on today, Saturday 16th and tomorrow, Sunday 17th March.
Here's a look at what to expect:-
Kirkjuvagr from Orkney who have tapped dispensers for their gin! They also have a choice of 4 guns including spiced and navy strength varieties.
Brighton gin from the seaside, we love their ticket-style branding!
Worsley gin from outside Manchester which comes in a majestic looking bottle.
Another mighty fine bottle is the Glas We Gin. This would look good on any mantelpiece or drinks cabinet.
Tarsier southeast Asian dry gin, named after this wee cuddly fella and made using the finest peppercorns on the planet and calamansi.
Silver Spear, a super smooth gin and silver winner at the World Gin Awards.
But don't worry if you're not the biggest gin fan as there's rum, plenty of gin liqueurs and even absinthe to try.
Pilgrim's from St.Andrews have great gin and also a trio of fruity gin liqueurs to try and buy.
This Scottish absinthe is made by Lost Loch Spirits in Aboyne near Aberdeen.
They also make this great bramble and honey flavoured whisky liqueur.
Matugga is a new Scottish rum coming in Golden and Spiced varieties.
