Everything you need to know about this year's West End Beer Festival
This weekend sees the return of the West End Beer Festival to Glasgow for the fourth year. So if you love a beer and are in Glasgow, this is the place to be.
What it's like?
Don't worry it's not full of boring beardies, there's a mixed crowd of people attending who have a love of beer in common. There will be local Glasgow brewers, gypsy brewers and beer from abroad. Welsh brewery Loka Polly will be joining the festival, alongside Shindigger from Manchester and Dark Revolution Brewery from Salisbury.
And.... the West End Beer Festival are collaborating with Up Front Brewing and The Shilling Brew Co to create a festival beer. It will be an Alphonso Mango and Orange Berliner Weisse. 🍻

Kids and Entertainment: Under 18's can attend the Saturday afternoon for free. There will also be free entertainment provided by Hillhead Sports Club from touch rugby to face-painting and music.

Cafe Source Too is near to Great Western Road not far from Gartnavel Hospital.
Train: Hyndland Train Station is a 10-minute walk away with services calling from both Glasgow Central Station and Glasgow Queen Street Station.
Bus: First bus 6 and 6a stop on Great Western Road a 2-minute walk away while First bus 4 and 4a stop on Hyndland Road about 6-minutes walk away.
Underground: Hillhead Subway Station is around a 20-minute walk away.
