when Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg appeared on the pre-election debates opposite David Cameron and Gordon Brown, he fared rather well against his opponent's colourless answers, and I posted very positively about his performance back in 2010.
But over the last couple of televised debates vs UKIP's Nigel Farage on the subject of EUROPE, IN or OUT? it's clear that Clegg was facing off against a completely different animal. I've admired Farage's representation within the European Parliament over the last few years and it'd be great to see 'this sort of balls' in Parliamentary debate on real issues that affect this country.
