Prague was the first stop of three on our baby free vaca to Europe. We flew into Prague and then took the train to Salzburg, Austria, and then flew home from Budapest, Hungary. {See Prague Part one here}. While each of the three countries were unique, I definitely fell in love with Prague.
A few years ago we stopped using hotels on our trips and started renting apartments through AirBnb. If you have never heard of Airbnb, you should at least check out their site. It is a website with listings from individuals renting out rooms and entire apartments sort of like sublets. We used this site when we went to France as well as Italy and have nothing but great things to say. You can get entire apartments for less than the cost of a hotel room!
Although I was hesitant about staying in the touristy part of Prague, I am so happy we did. Our apartment in Prague was so wonderful {see it here}. It was in the heart Stare Mesto which meant that we could walk everywhere in the city. This was perfect considering how much food we ate while we were there!
The weather couldn’t have been more perfect… I was prepped for snow, and it was gorgeous the whole time we were there!

We also had the pleasure of eating at Celeste…. a Michelin Rated Restaurant…. where the portions are small but fancy. That was an awesome experience. The food and the view was amazing.
