I count essential oils are those rare gems of Indian medicinal wisdom that exists for centuries. It is as old as our Vedas and Puranas. When we talk about Herbs, roots, and extracts, essential oils are inherently part of this precious family. I use essential oils in various ways and for various purposes. It took me around 2-3 years to gain a partial knowledge about various essential oils that are now a regular commodity at my home. Each essential oil has its distinct unique properties. Some are known, some are still unknown. Even the knowledge about these essential oils I have gained so far by experimenting them in various ways is far less than the benefits they carry in them. I have used them by blending them in my hair serums, hair oils, body lotions, face creams, etc.

I use essential oils for aromatherapy, applying them directly without mixing in any other carrier oils, and on my gums too. Few noteworthy points about essential oils:

1. These are very powerful and specific in nature.
2. The complete knowledge about the usefulness of essential oils is still not there.
3. Looking at their price, they are quite economical as only a few drops are required to use their power.

End note: You might have noticed two things – First, I am a heavy user of essential oils. Yes, that is true. I keep buying different brands and newer essential oils regularly to test about their power. I keep doing a lot of experiments, blending, and testing on essential oils. Second, Tea Tree essential oil is heavily consumed in my home for the reason that I feel, this is the king of essential oils and I use it quite often in multiple ways.
