Its not only the design that has changed but more information and features are now available.

These were previously named Professional Service Transactions and had limitations.
The Milestone Transactions will allow Escrow.com to secure the full amount for a project and then release predetermined amounts to the seller upon milestones being triggered.
This will be great during more complex transactions.
For instance, you are remodeling your kitchen and want to pay the contractor an amount when the 1) demo is done, 2)appliances are delivered, 3) cabinets and counters installed, 4) and a final payment when all the finish work was done.
Another great use would be the sale of an online business where items may transfer to the buyer at different times like a domain, customer database, trademark, toll free number, etc.
Every page has the header and footer and offers our the login option and phone at the top of every page.
