Enom Accounts Will Be Moving to Hover

Posted on the 21 October 2019 by Worldwide @thedomains

So I received an email just now that Tucows the owner of Enom will be migrating accounts to Hover.

IMPORTANT: Your Enom account will be moved to Hover

This is a notice that on November 20 2019, your Enom account and services will be migrated from Enom to Hover. The migration of your services is happening so that Tucows Inc., who owns both Enom and Hover, can provide a better experience to you. We’re confident that you’ll find Hover to be an excellent domain and email provider. Hover is a domain name registrar that’s been providing domains and email services to customers since 2008.

What do you need to do?

Nothing, right now. This email is to notify you of the upcoming migration. The migration process will be automatic and seamless, with your account and products brought over by Hover without any action required from you.

You will receive another email from us a week prior to the migration, confirming an approximate date of your migration. On the day your account is migrated, you will receive a welcome email from Hover with instructions for you to set a password and login to your account.

Who can I talk to about the migration?

Both during and after the migration, you’ll have access to the Hover support team for your domain and/or email services.

If you have any further questions, please reach out to Enom or Hover customer support. Hover customer support is available Monday to Friday, 8AM to 8PM EST and weekends from 12PM to 5PM EST. Email [email protected], or call (866) 731-6556 toll-free in the United States and Canada. You can also visit Hover’s Support site and chat with a support agent during business hours.
