Camden Market’s Crosstown Doughnuts are celebrating Australia Day with the launch of two limited-edition doughnuts based on Aussie chocolate bar favourite, Tim Tams, and the traditional Lamington cake from Down Under.
The Tim Tam doughnut is a chocolate sourdough ball filled and topped with Tim Tam custard, ganache and pieces, while the Lamnut (brought back by popular demand) is made from cake dough layered with home-made raspberry jam, dipped in dark chocolate and rolled in desiccated coconut.
