End of Year Terms of Service

1. Deals do not expire. 2. Must schedule your project within 2 months of purchase  3. First come first serve  4. Interior whole house painting; the interior walls will be  sanded and nail holes will be filled. We willl caulk all cracks.The closets are included. Trim not included. (Doors, base boards) All furnishings should be centered. All wall pictures should be removed. No repairs are included. 1 top coat will be applied. 3 color minimum allowed. $25 per color after 3. A second coat will incur  an additional charge. Ceiling  are not included. Garages are not included. 5. Exterior whole house painting; the exterior of the home will be pressure cleaned . We will apply a masonry sealer. We will use an elastomeric patching compound over cracks. If stucco crack repair is needed an extra charge will be accessed $75 per crack. All  of the windows and door frames will be recaulked. Rust-oleum will be used on all rust areas around the home. The base of the home will be pulled back to allow for a uniform finish. The exterior doors will be prepped and painted or stained. No repairs of any kind are included . Wood rot and dry wall repairs are extra. Pool deck painting not included. Shrubs will need to be trimmed back away from the home. Windows, walk ways and decks, pool screens will be covered. Allow 3-5 days for your project to be completed. 6. Pressure cleaning exterior house. Only the house will be cleaned. Pool screen enclosure not included. 7. Drive way cleaning; only the drive way and walkways leading up to the house will be cleaned. Side walks and curb not included . 8. Texturing; all areas will be prepped. All walls will be covered. Furnishings will be centered in the room. If any boards need to be replaced an extra charge will be accessed. Once the popcorn has been removed we will restore your ceilings with a knockdown or popcorn texture. Smooth finishes will incur an extra charge. All areas will be clean free of debris. One primer and two solid coats will be applied. The ceilings will be caulked.
