The fine folks at Heaven Hill Distillery call it Elijah Craig Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. For those of you that aren't familiar with THE Elijah Craig, he was the first person to char oak barrels and is often referred to as "The Father of Bourbon".
The current Elijah Craig line-up is as follows: Small Batch, Barrel Proof, Toasted Barrel, 18 Year Old, and Straight Rye. As you already know, today's video will feature the Small Batch expression.
