NEW DELHI: Actor Kalki Koechlin is making her debut as an creator with an illustrated non-fiction book on motherhood, writer Penguin Random house India (PRHI) announced on Saturday.
Titled "Elephant within the Womb", the publication illustrated by Valeriya Polyanychko, might be posted under 'Penguin's' imprint this 12 months.
a combination of private essays and feel-items, the photograph ebook is a "candid, humorous and relatable" account speakme about being pregnant and parenting for mothers, expectant moms, and "any individual even thinking about motherhood".
"while i was battling my pregnancy and my new function as a mom, it became my chums who helped me.
"They shared their rough times and dark phases and how they bought via it with laughter and contemplation, and that helped me more than those that spoke only of the glorious, blessed babe in palms that brought light into their lives," stated the 37-yr-historic actor, who gave birth to a baby lady in February remaining year.
