Elem Hair Cambridge: Momoko Review

I've always dreamed of having pin straight, glossy, shiny hair. You may look at my hair and think I already have that however from years of coloring and using heat on my hair, it had gone a little frizzy and dry, however some people might have considered my hair in good condition.  I recently visited Elem Hair in Cambridge who's just started offering Momoko treatment which is a Japanese chemical straightening treatment. I'm beyond pleased with the results, I finally have my dream hair!


Elem Hair has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere and the staff are so friendly.The treatment took roughly 4 hours with different products put on my hair in a certain order, I had to have my hair washed a few times in the process. After the 4 hours my hair immediately felt amazingly soft, smooth and shiny with that pin straight look I've been looking for. 
I was a little nervous to wash my hair in case my hair lost some of the results I'd achieved however after my first hair wash I could immediately tell straight out the shower that my hair had remained sleek and straight before it had even dried. I let my hair dry naturally to see the full results and I couldn't believe my eyes! Without using any product or heat, my hair remained pin straight, glossy and shiny! I no longer need to spend any time making my hair look good. A lot of people may think 4 hours is a long time for a hair treatment however think of the time saved styling your hair each time you wash it.I was advised after the treatment not to get my hair wet, use hair bands or clips and not to put my hair behind my ears for at least 48 hours, it was hard but I managed it!
