“We had a fall wedding in Agrinio. We met through mutual friends on a night out for drinks in Agrinio, where we are both from. The proposal took place in Santorini last year in August. I did not have a clue about it! He had reserved a table at a winery for a tasting that had a beautiful view of the sea. It was sunset time when the sommelier brought a bottle of wine and Vasilis filled the glass with a label on the bottle saying “will you marry me?” He got down on one knee and proposed to me. We decided to get married in Lefkada because it is an island that means so much to us!”, the bride shared with us.
“The dominant flowers were white hydrangeas and pink roses. In the church the garland around the church was stunning against the white of the church and the lanterns, candles and baskets of flowers created a romantic atmosphere. Ιn the pool area there were candles and lanterns everywhere and different bouquets of flowers that decorated the tables…”.
“My best moment was the time I saw my future husband at the church waiting for me. I will never forget his smile!” the bride shared with us.
“The wedding dress I chose was from Costantino. It was one of the first wedding dresses I saw and I immediately knew it was for me. From the beginning I wanted my wedding dress to be along these lines. I tried it on and felt it was tailored made for me”.
“I was following Love4Weddings when I was deciding what decoration we will do for the church and the reception. It helped us with the style of the wedding in general…”.
Bride’s advice: “To start the preparations as early as possible so that there is no stress towards the last minutes. To enjoy it as long as you can, because it is something magical. It’s like living in a fairy tale”.
