E.J. Scott continues running for a cure completing 2e marathon out of 12

E.J. and Lance Armstrong

Completing his second marathon out of the twelve he will run this year, E.J. Scott has already raised over $26,000 for the Choroideremia Research Foundation. Money that will be spend to fund research to find the cure for the eye disease that is taking his eyesight away.

Last weekend E.J. ran the Austin marathon BLINDFOLDED with the help of three guides and he got to meet Lance Armstrong as an extra inspiration to keep going. E.J. finished the run in 5 hours and 41 minutes, his girlfriend Deborah Ann Woll, could not be there this time, but his parents were waiting for him at the finish line. And so was the camera crew of CNN to shoot footage for the Dr. Drew show.

Supporting E.J. is easy. Go to his crowdrise.com page and make your donation. http://www.crowdrise.com/Ejcurechm/fundraiser/ejscott
