This residential building complex has numerous points of interest regarding materials, structural components and texture finishes combined together to create a truly detailed outcome. Industrial inspired, yet friendly and cozy enough on the inside. The concrete plates remain totally uncovered on the ceiling as well as the concrete columns on the perimeter. The loft layout creates a loose feeling between the contrasting roughness of the strong surrounding shell and the finesse of the classy furniture.
